How do I Deactivate my account?

To de-activate your account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login into your Magicbricks account with your username & password.

Step 2: On the top banner, click on 'My Activity / My Dashboard' and select 'Manage Profile'.

Step 3: Proceed to 'Profile Details' section. Here, click on 'Deactivate account'.

Step 4: You will get a Verification Code on your registered mobile no. & email id.

Step 5: Enter the 3 digit verification code sent and click 'Confirm'.

Your account will be de-activated.

Note: Your property & services will no longer be active, once your account gets de-activated.

I have created my account with wrong Email ID. How to correct it?

Once you have created your Magicbricks account, it’s not possible to change your Primary Email address. However, if the Primary Email address is incorrect, you can add/update an Alternate Email address to your profile to continue to receive emails from us.

Take the following steps to update your Alternate Email address:

Step 1: Login to your account (if you don’t know your email address, you can Login with your registered mobile number as well).

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard and click on ‘Manage Profile’.

Step 3: Enter your Alternate Email address or click on ‘Change Alternate Email’ if you wish to change your existing alternate email address.

Step 4: Click on ‘Update’ to save the changes.

I want to update my registered Email ID. Is it possible?

As a registered Magicbricks user, you cannot change your Primary Email address. However if for some reason you are no longer using your Primary Email address, you can add/update an Alternate Email address to your profile to continue to receive emails from Magicbricks.
