Sometimes it is crazy to find a remote control and it would be great if there are other solutions from the TCL remote control manual to turn on the TV instead of the remote control. Actually, there are three ways you can turn on your TCL Roku TV without a remote under TCL remote control manual:

If you are using an iPhone, you will have to download the “Mirror for Roku” App if your Roku device doesn’t support AirPlay. Then connect the app to your TCL smart TV and tap on the Screen Mirroring Button. Select Start Broadcast, and your iPhone will now be mirrored to your TCL Roku TV.

For those with TCL Roku TVs that support AirPlay, it is even much easier. Simply go to the control center of your iPhone and select the screen mirroring icon. If your TCL Roku TV supports AirPlay, it should be listed among the devices you can connect to. Select your TCL Roku TV name to mirror the iPhone to your Roku Tv.

2. How to download apps on TCL Roku TV?

To download apps on your Roku TV, you have to first connect to the internet. Once you are connected to the internet, you can now follow these steps in the TCL Roku TV manual to download apps to your TCL smart TV.

Step #1: While on your TV’s home screen, navigate to the Apps section and select the “Get more apps” option. This option will redirect you to the Google Play store.
