How do I change the tile set?

    If you want to use another tile set, tap on the Chest icon at the bottom left corner of the game screen and then on the Tile icon.

Then swipe left/right until you see the tile set you want to switch to and tap USE. This option is available for the classic tile set (if you play with any other tile set) as well as for the tile sets you've already won.

What is my Game ID? Where can I find it?

    Game ID is a set of numbers and letters associated with your game state on a specific device. Sometimes we need it to take a closer look at your game or to send you some goodies. Open the game Settings first (tap the gear icon   in the upper left corner). Then you have 2 options:

You can tap the Help button and send us a message. It will automatically include your Game ID and the main info about your device.

You can tap the Copy ID button and then simply paste the ID in your message or comment on our Facebook page.

Troubleshooting

I lost my game!/ I'm back at level 1!

If you connected your game to your Facebook account in the game settings before you lost your progress, then it should be saved in Facebook cloud. The first thing you need to do is reconnect the game to your Facebook account (log out of your Facebook acc in the game settings and then reconnect to it):

If you saved your game ID somewhere before you lost your progress, send it to us, and we will restore it.

If none of the above worked, give us more info about the situation, every detail might be helpful. We will do our best to help 😊

My game freezes/crashes/etc.!

If your game frequently freezes or crashes, do the following:

- Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the Play Store (or AppGallery, Mi Market, Amazon Appstore, Galaxy Store). If you download the game from any other site, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance;

- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet);

- Make sure your device has enough free space (>1GB);

- Force stop all unnecessary applications before launching the game;

- Try clearing the game's cache on your device: Open Settings >> Apps >> Mahjong Treasure Quest. Tap the Clear CACHE button (do not confuse it with Clear DATA - please do not tap that);

- Try reinstalling the game.

What does the message "One-time internet connection required" mean?

It means that the game doesn't recognize your internet connection for some reason. The first thing you should do is make sure your internet working fine and restart the game. Sometimes you might also need to reconnect your device to your Wi-Fi or choose another hotspot.

If this doesn't help or you're sure there are no problems with the internet connection, try reinstalling the game: in most cases, it does the trick. Please copy your game ID and save it somewhere before you reinstall the game.
