It's such a hassle when you're trying to enter a foreign name and the name field is too short. It's so unnecessary! It should be fixed because it's frustrating and makes signing up impossible. In this day and age, if an app can't even get the basics right, they should seriously consider shutting down their operations.

Could you please get rid of that "Get points by checking in!" message on the first screen? It might be unnecessary for people who are already familiar with it, right? Until when are you planning to keep it there?

So, as someone who is living in Korea but originally from another country, it's a bit frustrating that all telecom services need to be registered using the English names shown on our passports. However, then there are apps like this one that require us to only enter information in Korean characters. It can be quite annoying when they make it so difficult just to sign up.

I'm so frustrated with this app. It's not user-friendly for foreigners at all. They only explain event coupons and stamps with pictures, so you can't copy and paste into a translator. And the worst part is that the Homeplus shopping app is different. The old paper-based system was way smoother than this.

Merge the home shopping app. What a hassle! To accumulate points, you have to install this one and for shopping, you need to get the Homeplus app. Is this really what app developers are telling us to do in 2020?

So, basically, what Homeplus is doing is not welcoming to foreigners, which is totally unfair. It sounds like they're discriminating against people from other countries.

I’ve been shopping at Homeplus for 10 years now. I used their point card faithfully until recently when they switched to a new bank-linked system, and unfortunately, I can't re-register because I'm not a Korean citizen. As a foreigner living here, this new change has left me unable to use the point card anymore. I am a permanent resident and work in the Korean Educational Civil Service. It's frustrating because I have multiple Korean credit cards and even own property, yet I can't register for the Homeplus point card due to my non-Korean name. It seems like the planners at Homeplus overlooked the fact that around 5% of Korea's population are foreigners with non-Hangeul names. Additionally, with one in four children being multiracial and an increasing number of people having non-traditional names, alienating immigrant customers is a shortsighted move. The immigrant community is actually one of the fastest-growing demographics in Korea, and by disregarding their needs, Homeplus risks losing out on potential business.

After the update, whenever I try to access the leaflet on the app, it keeps crashing. Even when the leaflet image starts loading, it crashes. Where exactly are they asking me to check the leaflets? It's so inconvenient that leaflet preview is only possible on the mobile app, but even on the app, I can't confirm. What should I do?
