The first language is Russian, but I want English as the second language. I check daily, but most emails don't come through the app. The few that do arrive are often late, causing me problems.

I used this app before on my old phones, and it was easy to use. But now I have an issue - 2 folders in my inbox are named in Russian, and sometimes I receive emails in Russian too.

I've been using this app for my email accounts for a while now and I've had a good experience. I haven't encountered any problems and its performance has been satisfactory.

I like this app a lot and have been using it for years. But recently, the developers removed the option to turn off ads. Now, every time I use the app on my new phone, I'm bombarded with annoying ads. I reached out to customer support to see if I could remove the ads, but they told me it's not possible because the ads generate revenue. So, I decided to uninstall the app.

I really like this app because it's so fast. When someone sends me an email, I get it right away.

Overall, things were going well until the latest update. I wasn't happy with how it changed deleting messages and finding spam and trash folders. Due to this problem, it's necessary to ask for assistance because the recent update caused all the screenshots I had to be no longer accessible. Now there's a new problem; even after sending around 18 screenshots, I was instructed to update to version 6.15, which I promptly did and provided a screenshot as proof. However, they replied asking if I was still on version 6.14.2.

I have a problem with my settings. They are in Belarusian, and I can only understand my emails. It's frustrating because I can't find where to change it.

Before, I could easily access my account, but now I'm having trouble. Whenever I try to log in, it gets stuck on the permission page. Even though I tap "allow," it just keeps looping back to the permission page.
