    Booking is super easy and clear on this website, much better than others. But I can't see my past stays and hotels on the app. Instead of useful links, you give links that don't last long. Also, there's surge pricing here, unlike other apps.

    Cancellation option not there. Booking with MMT Gift Voucher is bad, booked the room straight away without confirmation, wasted 1000/- Rs Voucher in less than a minute while checking if it can be used at the hotel. App has very poor features.

    I tried to change the booking on my Android but it wasn't possible, so I had to cancel instead. This cost me ₹781. The trip arrangements were not good as I ended up paying extra to the driver for stops that were not communicated properly. In total, I lost ₹686 this way. Be cautious when using MMT for cab bookings.

    Train ticket was canceled because I was on the waitlist. Supposed to get a refund through trip guarantee, but it's been over 20 days and still nothing. Can't contact customer service through the app, just a useless chatbot with limited options. When checking refund status, only a blank screen appears. App is a scam, terrible customer service. Avoid booking anything through them. Update: Finally received the refund, thumbs up!

    I booked a ticket last month and the money was deducted from my account, but the booking failed. Even after requesting a refund, I have not received my money back. It's been over a month now. I am disappointed with the lack of help from their customer service. Hopefully, they handle this better in the future.

    The app keeps showing random pop ups whenever I open it now, which is annoying. The ads don't load properly, causing the app to freeze. It's really frustrating when you're trying to book something quickly. They shouldn't change the layout so frequently. I might delete my account soon.
