Oh no! This new app keeps crashing non-stop, so annoying when the old one (mapemall) was working just fine. I can't make any purchases using this troublesome app. It seriously needs to be fixed once and for all!

Hey there, so the app is a bit tricky to use. It doesn't let you credit purchases or deliveries on the same day, which is pretty inconvenient. Also, it's missing a QR scan feature, making it more of a shopping tool than the loyalty program it claims to be. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone, not even my least favorite person!

I purchased from Mapclub online. I relied on the product measurement for my decision. However, the size was smaller than expected upon delivery. Unfortunately, Mapclub's policy does not allow returns. This is disappointing.

I tried this app for the first time. I wanted to pay using my BCA virtual account, but it didn't connect to the system. I am unsure if MAP was fully prepared to launch this app. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with this poor application.

Okay, so here's what happened. I tried to sort out a refund by sending an email. When placing my order, I selected pay and pick. I picked size 10, but somehow it showed up on my order as size 5. Now, if I want to change the size, I'll have to go through the whole refund process. They said it could take anywhere from 7 to 14 working days. It's just frustrating dealing with this system.

So, I tried to register on this app from a big company a long time ago. At first, I couldn't receive any OTP. But now when I try to sign up, it always says there's a missing required field. Honestly, I think the IT team needs to be replaced because this is a complete failure.
