Can I change the day, cinema, time, locations or film of the tickets I purchased?
We cannot make changes from VoyAlCine.net. In your purchase confirmation email you will find the conditions and procedures for making changes, which will require you to go to the box office of the cinema before the start of the function for which you have purchased tickets. What we can do is request a refund of your purchase, and then you can buy the tickets of your choice again. To do this, you must send us the purchase confirmation email, taking into account that to process a refund you must do so at least three (3) hours before the start of the function for which you have purchased tickets.
I forgot to buy meals. Can I add them to my purchase?
It is not possible to change a transaction already completed, you can buy food at the cinema, the food stands are open.
I want a partial refund for my purchase (return one of several tickets, return the meals but not the tickets, or other similar cases). Is this possible?
We cannot make partial refunds from VoyAlCine.net. You can go to the box office of the cinema and make the request for a partial refund, before the start of the function for which you have purchased tickets. You can also request a full refund and make a new purchase. To do this, you must send us the purchase confirmation email, taking into account that to process a refund you must do so at least three (3) hours before the start of the function for which you have purchased tickets.
I did not receive the purchase confirmation email. What could have happened?
When you registered on the site, you provided us with an e-mail address. We send all our communications to that address, including purchase confirmations.
If you cannot find the confirmation email, please take into account the following points:
-Make sure you are checking the corresponding e-mail inbox.
-Check if the confirmation email is not in the SPAM or junk mail folders, if that is the case, please mark the sender info@voyalcine.net as a trusted sender so that the inconvenience does not happen again.

Can I cancel a return order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a return order that has already been initiated. You can make a new purchase, but we cannot guarantee that the seats you have requested to return will be available again.
Why do different locations appear in the purchase confirmation email than the ones I selected?
The seats you selected on the map at the time of purchase are the same as those listed in your confirmation email. However, their designation varies depending on the layout of each particular theater. For example, you may have selected two adjacent seats on the map on the page and in the transaction details you receive F1-10 and F1-12. This is because the layout of that particular theater groups the even-numbered seats on one side and the odd-numbered seats on the other. Therefore, seats F1-10 and F1-12 are, indeed, adjacent to each other. The same can happen with rows - you may have purchased row 5 according to the map at the time of purchase, but in the theater that row is labeled as row 6. Don't worry, the seats will be physically located in the location you selected at the time of purchase, regardless of what they are labeled in the theater.
