Mathway - Math problem solver

The new update has so many problems. It's so annoying to have to keep going back and dealing with the input screen loading every time I want to put in something new. Plus, the text is really small and there's no way to change it. Most of the screen is just empty, and the text is a tiny line at the top. I'll still use it because it's very helpful. But wow, I really dislike this new update.

I really like this app! It's great for studying college math because I can graph equations and check my answers without needing an expensive calculator. I recommend this app because it's user-friendly, clear, and precise. It has all the functions needed for high school and even some college math!

I tried out Mathway a couple of times. I usually remove it during the summer and then put it back on my phone when school starts again. It's good for those who get the concept but struggle to finish assignments fast or need quick answers. It can be frustrating though when it can't solve a question. I haven't attempted to scan a graph for a while.

Calculus isn't its strong suit. It seems better suited for algebra based on the reviews, but it has a hard time finding the derivative for the questions I enter. It would be more useful if all the solution steps were free. Just getting the answer doesn't give me much insight, and I can't afford to pay. I'll continue using Khan Academy and websites like Slader.

Using this app has been a huge help for my schoolwork. Paying $10 a month is totally worth it because I can see the steps for any equation and learn how to solve them. The app is designed really well and it has been essential for me to earn my mechanical engineering degree. It's just an amazing way to learn in general.

I bought this app and it was such a lifesaver! Online school is so tough and I had no support. Textbooks can only do so much. This app is amazing – it gives you all the answers you need, but what's even better is the step-by-step explanations. So easy to use, and the camera feature is a game-changer for those lengthy problems that would take ages to type out.
