RP (RP) - "Role Play" - A role-playing game where everyone must play their role. (RolePlay)

IC - English In Character - "In the role of your character" - in-game information and actions.

OOC - English Out Of Character - "Behind the character's role" - information and actions that are not related to the game on the RP project.

DM (DM) - Killing or causing damage without reason. (Deathmach)

DB (DB) - Killing or causing damage from a car (car). (DriveBy)

SK (SK) - Spawn kill, i.e. killing or causing damage upon spawning. (SpawnKill)

TK (TK) - Killing or causing damage to your own. (TeamKill)

Samples and rules of answers for Game Assistants

- Since Game Assistants cannot distribute promo codes, you are required to refer to official sources for any player question related to this.

    Example: "What is the promo code for 50k?

    Answer: "Check in the official Vkontakte group"

- Questions about the rules of the project.

    Example: "What is 3.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation?"

    Answer: "Check on the forum in the Ministry of Internal Affairs / FSB section." If you know exactly what this article is, you can explain it to the player.

    Example: "How much do they give for DB?"

    Answer: "50 minutes" or "For DB they put you in jail for 50 minutes"

- If the player has contacted the Game Assistants for help or with a complaint about the offender, then he must be redirected to the administration.

    Example: "I turned over!"

    Answer: "Contact the administration through the Pause Menu - Administration - Complaints."

    Or you can send a request for help to the administration yourself through the chat. In this case, you should make sure that your message has been responded to. If the report is about an offender, then you can redirect the player to the administration, you should not pass it on personally.

- If the player asked a question, but did not clarified it, and there are several answers to it, then you should give a detailed answer.

    Example: "How to open the OPG menu?"

    Answer: "Radial menu > family and faction > faction"

- If the player asked a question, the essence of which cannot be understood, you need to indicate what exactly the player needs to clarify.

    Example: "How can I accept a friend?"

    Answer: "Clarify where to accept?"

- In questions where it is possible to give an answer through the radial menu, you must answer exclusively using it.

    Example: "Where can I find a middle-class salon?"

    Incorrect answer: "/gps - car dealerships - middle-class salon"

    Correct answer: "Radial menu - GPS - Car dealerships - Middle-class car dealership"

Answer rules

- Game Assistants must sincerely want to help the player with his question, and make the game comfortable, accordingly, you need to answer as detailed and understandable as possible.

- Game Assistants are prohibited from answering with mistakes and violating the rules of the Russian language.

- Game assistants are prohibited from answering "No information", "Find out the RP by", "Find out yourself", instead you must give the player information with which he can find out the answer to his question.
