FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days, will be delivered the same day to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. You’ll need to pay an additional AED 18 to enjoy Same Day Delivery.

Orders placed before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day, while orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

Delivery will take a little longer if it is to one of these areas.

Your delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page as you shop.

What is Same Day Delivery?

Same Day Delivery is our super-fast shipping that allows you to receive a product on the same day, if you order it before 12:00 PM. Same Day Delivery is currently available to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

Please note, Same Day Delivery is only available for home delivery orders.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?

No, you won't be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address when our delivery partner calls you before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.

How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect is a convenient service that allows you to shop and pay for your order on one of our sites, select a pickup point in the UAE and collect it at your convenience.

How do I place an order for Click & Collect?

Here’s what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

1. Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.

2. Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Basket' button.

3. Click your mini-basket from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Checkout Now' button.

4. Choose a convenient pickup point by using the drop down list or select it on the map.

5. Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.

6. Review and pay for your order using the 'Place Your Order' button.

How can I pay for my Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a Credit or Debit card, PayPal, Tabby, vouchers or Shukrans.

Cash on Delivery orders are excluded from Click & Collect.

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?

Here's how it works: 

If you've selected a Max store - we'll send you an email and/or SMS when your order is ready, confirming your chosen store and all the details needed to make your collection a smooth process. 

If you've selected any other pickup point - you'll receive an SMS with a verification code, as well as your store details. Show this code to the staff at your pickup point. 

How can I return my Click & Collect order?

    I. Return to Store

1. Wrap your products in their original shipping packaging and bring them along with your invoice to any Max store in the UAE.

2. Hand over your return - an authorised staff member will take your package.

3. After we check your returns, we'll process your refund. You can opt to receive a refund to your card, PayPal or Tabby account depending on your payment method, or a Credit Note that you can spend instantly in-store or online. 

    II. Request a return online

1. Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request. Please fill the return slip included in your delivery or order confirmation email. 

2. Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at 800-MAXUAE (800-629823) if you no longer have it or need any kind of help. 

3. Our courier partner will get in touch with you to schedule a pick-up. Hand over your returns and they’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. 

4. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account, PayPal or Tabby account within 4-15 days. 

    III. Call for a pick-up

1. Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at 800-MAXUAE (800-629823) if you no longer have it or need any kind of help. 

2. Call us on 800-MAXUAE (800-629823)to schedule a pick-up time and location.

3. Our courier partner will get in touch with you to schedule a pick-up. Hand over your returns and they’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt. 

4. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account, PayPal or Tabby account within 4-15 days.

    I found a really terrible app. It hasn't opened on my phone for three months now. The experience was awful, and it's the same with the Centrepoint and Splash apps. They really need to fix them, or they will lose online customers.

    The shopping experience was good, but the returns process was so slow. And that new delivery company, SHIPA, oh my, they don't even call for returns, yet their system says there was a failed pick-up. Then their customer service calls and asks if the driver called you yesterday for pick-up. How funny!

    I recently had a frustrating experience with an online retailer. They removed items from my order without notifying me. Another time, I received the wrong items - what they showed online was completely different from what I got. It seems like they are not following any rules and regulations anymore, and they don't seem to care about customers. When I reached out to customer service, they just lied and said the items were out of stock when they were still available online. After 15 years of shopping with them, I am really disappointed.

    Let me tell you about the customer service and return experience that I had. I got my order on June 29th, but when I requested a return the next day, nobody came to pick up the package until July 14th, after I had to escalate the issue several times. I'm still waiting for the refund and it hasn't arrived yet. Is it usual to have to wait a whole month like this to get my money back?
