If you ran out of MAXstream Quota or its validity period has ended, you will be charged with an internet basic tariff as you keep accessing the apps. You can buy an additional MAXstream Quota if your previous one has been all used up.

    I get annoyed when I'm watching something and then the app gives an error, saying another device has logged into my account. When I try to login again, it just keeps loading and then shows that the content is unavailable. Because of this, I missed a show I wanted to watch. The app really needs some improvement because it's frustrating when this happens every time.

    I bought a maxtream bundling package from the Telkomsel app. The price was good, but the experience was bad. It kept saying "system is busy" or lagging, so I could hardly watch a movie. I should have bought the regular internet package and streamed from first-party applications like HBO GO, Viu, or Vidio. They cost more but work much better.

    So there was this app that I updated recently, but now whenever I try to select Bein Sport 1, it keeps on stopping unexpectedly. I have no idea why this is happening, and it's really annoying.

    I love using this app! I can now watch my favorite soccer team play every week in their league. It's a bit of a bummer that I can only watch them in the league and not in other competitions. I really hope that someday they'll add channels like Skysports.

    The app is not working properly. When I try to log in, I get a connection error or the loading spinner just keeps spinning. It's frustrating that there are separate quotas for Maxstream and other specific things like social media. I bought 4GB of quota but only 2GB can be used for Maxstream. This means I can't even use the app with the full quota I paid for!

    So, you wanna watch something but it says you gotta log in, so I'm like sure, I'll do that. But then it's like oh sorry, the login is not working right now, but you can still watch all the channels without logging in. This app seriously needs some fixing, it's just frustrating.

    It's frustrating that despite purchasing the Telkomsel package, I still need to buy the Maxstream package to watch movies on the app. What's the use of having the Telkomsel package then? Such a waste of data just to download this app.
