How to Pay with MB WAY?

- To make in-store payments, select "Pagar com MB WAY" and opt for either "QR Code" or "NFC."

- QR Code: Scan the generated code at the POS terminal.

- NFC: Simply tap your mobile on the terminal.

- For online purchases, choose the MB WAY payment method, enter your phone number, and authenticate the payment using your MB WAY PIN.

How to Purchase with MB NET?

- Generate an MB NET card within the MB WAY app under "Cartões MB NET" and input the card details during online checkout.

How to Withdraw Money at MULTIBANCO?

- Select the "Levantar Dinheiro" option, enter desired amount and your MB WAY PIN or touch ID. Retrieve the money using the generated code at a MULTIBANCO ATM.

How to Send Money?

- Click "Enviar Dinheiro," input recipient's contact, desired amount, and confirm with your MB WAY PIN for instant transfer.

How to Request Money?

- Choose "Pedir Dinheiro," select recipient, enter desired amount, and finalize the process.

How to Split an Account?

- Opt for "Dividir Conta," select contacts involved, specify the amount, and confirm.

How to Manage Authorized Payments?

- Utilize "Pagamentos Autorizados" to oversee subscriptions or recurrent payments. Input your mobile number, confirm on MB WAY, and enter PIN for verification.

How does it work?

To use this application, you need to have a mobile number and the MB WAY PIN. When you open the application, you will be presented with the main menu, where you can choose your bank card to make the payment.

After that, you will be guided through the process to complete the registration, which consists of three simple steps:

1. Select the “I want to register” option, and choose the type of card you want to register.

2. Confirm the registration by answering the security questions.

3. The application will send you a confirmation code. You must enter it to confirm the registration.

Once you confirm the registration, you can start using the application. To start using MB WAY, you need to open the application, enter your MB WAY PIN, select your bank card, and choose your payment option.
