    The app used to work perfectly, but now it's a real hassle. I can place an entire order, but then it just freezes. It's frustrating, especially when someone is on the way to pick up the order. I tried reinstalling it, and now I can't even sign in. It needs some serious bug fixes, especially since the app is heavily promoted. Right now, it feels like a waste of time and storage.

    This app has potential for 4 stars. I ordered food multiple times, but haven't received any rewards. It’s frustrating that they don't scan the app on my phone. I'm paying through the app, so it should recognize my purchases. The convenience of ordering is lost if I still have to stand in line. Fix the rewards system, and you’ll definitely get that 4-star. Right now, the app feels almost useless, except for the ease of ordering.

    Heads up! This app adds a 15% tip to your to-go order without asking. Adjusting the tip can be tricky. The buttons get disabled at first, so you have to hit the back button and return to the cart to change it. It feels like you have no choice but to pay that tip. But really, in a to-go order, who receives that? There’s no server involved. Is the company pocketing it?

    The app is really glitchy. It never saves my payment method. I always check the "save for later" box when entering my info, but it never works. Every single time, I have to dig out my card and reenter everything. Adding the payment to my profile isn’t an option either. It’s not a huge deal, but it gets frustrating when I’m trying to place an order quickly and can’t just click pay.
