    Opening the app once in the parking lot is a good idea as it helps to reduce overall wait time. The menu on the app accurately shows the items available in the store. I like that I can choose a store in advance and place my order beforehand. However, it can be inconvenient to select a store far away, and sometimes the app may forget and try to redirect my order to a nearby store which I will miss while driving past. But, in general, the app works well and functions as expected.

    The app is really slow and has been for a long time. Whenever I try to do anything on it, it just won't work right away. It takes forever to start up, like seriously, why does it take so long? And the most annoying part is when I can't use a deal that's expired, even though I didn't even get to use it before. And then I have to wait 15 minutes to try again, like come on! It knows when I actually use a deal at a restaurant, so why can't it understand if I accidentally close the app without using one?

    This app is great, much better than others I've tried. It's so reliable when placing orders. And I love that I can easily change an order from drive-through to pick-up. The deals aren't as good as they used to be, but it's still convenient for ordering McDonald's. Nice job!

    The app is decent. Menu selection, customization, and adding items to the cart work well. But I hate one thing the most - it keeps prompting me to enable location services. I don't want to do that. When I set a location, I expect the app to remember it, but it doesn't. It constantly forgets and asks me - you guessed it - to turn on my location.

    My app experience was good, enjoying the mobile deals and rewards. However, the in-app GPS isn't working now. I made an order at a McDonald's but had to travel miles to pick it up from a different branch just in front of me. Being not familiar with the roads, I clicked on the nearest store listed as 0.0 miles away, assuming it was the right choice, but the order went to a store more than 2 miles away. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you 🙏

    The app is good. It's annoying that I can only use one deal or reward even though I have lots of points. What's the point of gathering all those points if I can't use them? Another issue is when I select curbside pickup, the screen clears when I arrive and I can't find an option to tell them my parking spot. I always end up having to call the restaurant. It's a bit flawed but still handy.
