McDonald's - Order & pick up

Successfully placed first order, no problem with payment. Second order had payment issue, got stuck on screen for more than 10 mins but payment didn't go through. Tried again, same problem. Third attempt finally processed after wasting more than 30 mins total.

I'm having trouble with the app. Since the app was updated in February, it's not functioning properly. I attempted to redeem my points, but there was no QR code available, just an error message saying "content unavailable." Now, I can't order from the deals section, redeem points or earn new ones for purchases. Why change something that was working? Despite sending numerous emails and complaints, I haven't received any assistance. Even the stores couldn't help. Please fix this issue.

Checking out is always a nightmare for me. The payment process just never goes smoothly. It gets stuck, and then I'm stuck waiting forever as it keeps loading. By the time I get to the restaurant, my payment still hasn't gone through. What's the point of using mobile ordering if I still have to physically go down and place my order? Please fix your payment system, it's really unreliable.

There's a system error on the phone running on Xiaomi MIUI 12.5.1. It says the device didn't pass the security check, so need to make sure it runs a Google trusted OS version, isn't rooted, and has no harmful apps. Hoping to get it fixed soon. Been waiting for 4 years, still no fix. Not even worth a star.

I often go to McDonald's and use their app for deals. The self-ordering kiosk is much better now thanks to the new design. I think they should have more healthy and vegetarian options in Singapore like they used to.

Ordered twice, points deducted but couldn't pay. Waited 15 minutes for payment to stop. Lost points and money, order not processed. Getting a refund is difficult. Frustrating experience.

Sometimes the app has good deals, sometimes not. It can be frustrating when it feels like the promos are not reliable. But recently, it's been better so I'll start rating it higher as it improves.
