It's really convenient to use the app to check my schedule, but it only works well if the schedule is input correctly. If not, it shows a random schedule that doesn't match my usual hours at all. The best part is the Covid self-assessment feature in the app, which saves me a lot of time during check-in at work.

So there are photos from when the beta version was in use, but things have changed. I used to appreciate being able to start and end my work shifts through the app on my phone. Now, our store has gotten rid of the computers in the fresh areas, which means I don't have to trek all the way back to the breakroom to clock in and out. Another thing I liked was being able to view who was currently working and message them if necessary. Also, an update: A friend who uses an iPhone received the new update, but it seems like Android devices are having issues. Another update: I finally managed to get the latest update! Feeling really happy about it now!

Oh, the clock in and out system was working fine for me until this past weekend. But when I tried to log in then, it signed me out and now I can't get back in! It keeps giving me an error message before I can even enter my password. This is frustrating because I really need to check my schedule as it keeps changing. I've tried reinstalling the app several times, as well as clearing the data and cache, but it doesn't help. The same error message keeps popping up every time!

It's really tiring for your phone battery. I find it frustrating that my battery goes down by 30% in just two hours of topstocking. Lately, it has been making multiple beeping sounds when scanning items. Even after scanning once, it continues to beep randomly for about 5 minutes. It's also constantly showing errors while loading the schedule, which then prevents me from clocking in, even when I am right in the middle of the store.

I've really enjoyed using this app. One of my favorite features is being able to easily log my work hours. Another amazing tool is Ask Sam, which helps identify items without barcodes or UPCs brought in by customers. Not only does it show the item, but it also provides the barcode. This app is the best!

The camera used to work fine, but now it randomly turns on by itself and scans barcodes without my permission. This drains the battery real quick. And the flashlight doesn't work properly either. It refuses to turn on, saying another app is using it, even when no other apps are running. This also drains the battery fast. I can barely make it through 8 hours without needing to charge during my break or lunch.

This app is really not good at all. The time clock feature is especially awful. Whenever I try to clock in, no matter where I am in the store or what time it is, it always tells me I'm not close enough. Even when I've tried resetting data, clearing cache, and turning my phone off and on again, nothing works. There are some other smaller problems too, like constantly signing out on its own, incorrect time off totals, and time off requests not going through. Overall, it's a really bad app. The only reason I didn't give it just one star is because it's not identified as malware when you download it.

When you're not clocked in on the app, you can only access 10% of its features. However, the process of clocking in is quite problematic. Sometimes when I try to clock in, the app just keeps spinning, or it says I'm not close enough to the building even though I'm already inside. In some cases, the app doesn't clock in at all. The most crucial part of the app, which is the item information, is only available when you're clocked in. So, if a team lead clocks you in, the app doesn't update, and you won't be able to access the necessary job details.

I really like this app! It's great to see our current and past requests, as well as our true availability. But, there are still things missing. It would be awesome if the app could sync our schedule with our calendars, allow us to report tardiness or absences, show our paid time off and personal paid time off, and let us view the calendar without scrolling, so we can check it at a glance.
