I enjoy using this app because it features real people demonstrating the exercises for you to follow. You don't have to count repetitions as the app does it for you. All you need to do is mimic the movements of the person on the screen. The only downside for me is when they ask you to suck in your stomach. It can be challenging to see how the person on the app is doing it, especially the female model! It's really tough to observe her stomach going down. But aside from that issue, I really like this app overall!

You should use videos to get the right form for exercises. The app is great for keeping track of what you've done. However, the time for stretching is not enough for how long you're supposed to hold each stretch. This means you have to stop and start multiple times, especially if you're only working one side of your body.

I am at Golden Bear in Livingston, CA for physical therapy to treat my IT band. They gave me some exercises to do at home as part of my "homework," and I really like it. I can watch the exercises on the screen, so I don't have to keep track of the time. It's easier to remember to do the exercises with reminders. Plus, logging them and sending them to my physical therapist makes me feel more responsible. It's really convenient and I love it!

A friend of mine, who is also my PT, suggested this app to me. It seemed really helpful at first. However, when I used it on my Galaxy Note 9, it kept crashing over and over again. The Android OS eventually popped up a message asking if it could permanently disable the app since its constant crashing was causing too many issues with system resources. I ended up uninstalling it until they can fix all the bugs. It's a shame because it seemed like such a great concept.

This app has really helped me with my exercises. It shows me examples of what I need to do each day and how many times. My physical therapist adds new exercises after our session, so I don't have to keep track on paper or remember changes. It's easy to use and log in, but I'm 15, so I'm pretty tech-savvy.

Timing reminder sounds should start right from the beginning of each repetition. This is especially important for exercises like supine bridge where you can't see what you're doing and risk injuring your neck by constantly checking. Having the option to hear the sound at the start of every repetition, not just the last three, would greatly improve the experience. It's a challenge to keep track of both counting seconds and reps, so by the time the notification comes at the end, it's easy to misjudge the timing. Overall, aside from this issue, the app is working great!
