General Questions:

1. Do you want to change your password?

If you want to change your password, all you have to do is:

   - log in with the account you want to change it on

   - enter your Mediaset Account

   - go to the Your Data section

   - select Password

   - click on the edit icon Capture.PNG

   - enter the old password and the new one (twice)

   - save the changes by clicking on Save

2. You don't remember your password and want to reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it by accessing your Mediaset Infinity account:

   - go to mediasetinfinity.it and click on LOGIN

   - select Login with email and password

   - click on Forgotten password

   - enter the email address linked to your Mediaset Infinity account and Send the request

   - check your email to reset and change your password

Attention: for security reasons, the password must meet some requirements:

   - must be at least 8 characters long

   - must contain at least 2 numbers, 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character

   - cannot contain spaces or special characters, apart from the following: * ^ ? ! @

   - cannot be the same as the previous password

   - cannot be the same as your email

3. How do I rent?

To rent content, access it directly from the Mediaset Infinity homepage:

   - choose the content you want to rent from those available in the catalog

   - open the content tab

   - click on RENTAL INFO to see the price

   - select PROCEED to complete the purchase

   - clicking on WATCH will start viewing the content you rented

Once you have completed these actions, you can enjoy the show, without any rush: the film you have chosen is in fact at your disposal for the following 48 hours, a period during which you can watch it as many times as you want.

4. How do I manage my Rentals?

You can easily find and manage all your rentals at any time, all you need to do is:

   - log in to your Mediaset Infinity account

   - open your MEDIASET ACCOUNT or the Main Menu on the application

   - select YOUR PLANS AND RENTALS

   - check the expiration date or anything else that interests you

Attention: on IOS devices, it is not possible to rent content via the application.
