These guys are the worst I've encountered. I provided all the receipts with the cashier's signature and bill number printed on them, but they still insisted on a cash receipt for the claim. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing. The hospital documents were properly enclosed before discharge, but they didn't bother to check them thoroughly. It's frustrating how they deny things without even looking at what was uploaded, causing unnecessary delays.

So, last week I was trying to submit a claim for treatment at home. But I couldn't find the option for outpatient treatment in the app. I hope they check this issue and fix it soon. I've been having trouble with the Medibuddy app lately. It's not letting me move forward with my claim for treatment at home. I complained about it, but nothing has been resolved yet.
