You had this app for a while and it was working great. However, for the past 2 days, it kept crashing and wouldn't open. You tried uninstalling it twice and reinstalling it, but that didn't help. Finally, the issue got fixed, and you were able to use the app again. So, you changed your rating to 5 stars.

The map at the store for a specific item has improved a lot. It now displays the aisle and section, which helps in locating the item easily. However, the process for rebates could be better. Customers should be able to use the app to take photos of the rebate and receipt for processing, instead of relying on traditional mail, which seems outdated in today's digital world.

This app is really awesome! It's like the perfect companion for when you're out shopping. It helps you find where items are located in your nearby store with a map. Plus, it shows any store-wide sales right on the prices. You can even access instruction manuals for almost anything you buy through the app. It's a great example of how apps should be - just about making things easier for us users to get things done smoothly.

Menard is my favorite store to visit. I like how all Menards stores have a similar layout, it helps me easily locate items. The staff there are really helpful and the prices are quite good too.

Oh, frustrated! Trying to log in after the update is a nightmare. The email or password is wrong, even after resetting it. Strange as it may seem, it works fine on my computer. Then, my wife also faces the same login issue on her phone with no luck. Can't even reach customer service through the app. What's worse, our extensive wish list for the big renovation project vanished into thin air! Come on, Menards, these glitches need your immediate attention!

Setting up a store has become difficult. The bar on top never stops extending. Luckily, there is a store close by, less than 5 miles away! It's annoying when you have to view an item, go back, and then scroll through everything again just to get back to where you were. I've bought a few things using the app before without any issues, but now I can't even reach my nearby store.

Adding items to the cart is a bit tricky. You need to tap it multiple times before your item gets added to the cart. It's annoying because if you accidentally close the cart, it vanishes. Even though I don't really like Lowe's or Home Depot as much, Menards can pick up a few pointers from them on user experience and functionality. I find it puzzling that they don't allow customer reviews on any platform. On the bright side, they offer genuine hardwood lumber and a wider selection of products at generally lower prices. So, they deserve a star for that!
