The current support covers all Halo Mesh devices and some compatible routers (such as MR70X and MR30G). With MERCUSYS, monitoring home Wi-Fi is possible from anywhere, enabling changes right from a smartphone or tablet.

Using Mercusys Mesh Technology, a set of three Halo units can cover most homes (up to 3000 square feet), working together to provide fast, reliable, and seamless Wi-Fi connectivity. This allows streaming, gaming, and browsing in any room, even in the basement or attic.

FAQ

Q1. How do I reset the extender?

• With the extender powered on, press and hold the Reset or RESET/WPS button until the Signal LED turns off, then release the button. When the Signal LED turns solid on, the reset process is complete.

Q2. What should I do if I cannot access the extender’s web management page?

• Make sure your wireless device is connected to the extended network using the extended SSID.

• If you are using a computer, make sure it is set to obtain an IP address automatically. Unplug the Ethernet cable if any.

• Use another web browser and try again.

• Refer to Q1 to reset the extender and try again.

Q3. What should I do if I forgot my login password of the web management page?

• Refer to Q1 to reset the extender to its factory default settings, then create a password to log in.

Q4. What should I do if the Signal LED doesn’t turn solid green or orange after completing setup via a web browser?

• You may have entered incorrect Wi-Fi password(s) for your router during the setup. Check the password(s) and try again.

• Make sure the extender is close to your router, preferably within 16 feet, and away from large electrical appliances.

• If you have enabled wireless MAC filtering, wireless access control, or access control list (ACL) on your router, disable them first, then follow any method on the front page to complete the configuration.

• Try setting up via the WPS button.

• Reset the extender and go through the setup again.

Working with these cubes is a breeze. They are incredibly reliable and communicate seamlessly with each other. I have not experienced any downtime at all.

This tool is great for using with many things, especially for IP phones.

The app does what it's meant to do, but it's very simple. The most frustrating part is having to pick the device every time I open it. It should just recognize that I'm already on the mercusys device and prompt me for the password.

I had an amazing experience with the newly launched app. I really adore the brand Mercusys. I own a total of 7 routers from Mercusys MW330HP. I set up a network zone 🛜️ in my village. Sending love from Bangladesh.

Every time I open the app, it immediately takes me to the setup wizard of my MR70X router. It's really frustrating because the app keeps treating the router as if it's a new device and always redirects me to the setup wizard instead of the settings page.
