Merge Animals 3D Strategy Guide – Splice and Dice With These Hints, Tips and Cheats

You don’t need to watch the videos to get the new animals

When you unlock a new animal the game will tell you that you need to watch a video to access it. That isn’t actually the case. Tap to skip the video and you’ll find the new mutagen in the row of jars when it’s time to inject your character. We just saved you a lot of time and awful adverts.

Look at the map on the left 

When you’re choosing what to inject into your subject, look at the map on the left of the screen. It’ll show you the obstacles in the upcoming level. Your main focus should be on making sure you’ve got swimming and flying DNA if those are there, as these are the sections where you’ll lose the most time if you’re not careful. 

Don’t do too much

You don’t really need to move when you’re playing – just let your character do all the work. The one time where this isn’t the case is when you’re smashing down the walls. Sometimes you’ll smash a hole big enough to fit through and keep punching. Swipe slightly left or right to get through the hole and keep going. 

It doesn’t matter where you inject

While you can move the needle around to different parts of the body, it doesn’t actually matter where you inject the serum. The eagle will give you wings if you stick the needle in the chest or the legs. Pick the animal you want, jab wherever and move on to the next option.
