Why do I have to sign in?

Creating an account helps us store your data securely and ensures a smooth experience across devices. For example, any in-app purchases you make are saved to your account, so if you switch phones—from Apple to Android, for instance—you can still access all your Premium features.

Additionally, Premium users can record their calls and video messages, and these are then stored safely in your account, so you’ll never lose them.

Signing in also allows our support team to assist you more effectively if any issues arise, as we can access your account details to resolve problems quickly.

How can I delete my app user account?

Please note that account removal is irreversible. It will permanently delete your personal data including any call recordings or video messages. You can delete your account as follows:

1. Open the app

2. Go to "My account"

3. Press the button "Delete my account"

4. For security purposes, you will now receive an e-mail. Click the button in the e-mail and follow the instructions to finalize your account removal.

Please note that if you've purchased the Premium subscription it will continue to be active after you remove your account. Before deleting your account, we recommend using the "Manage subscription" button in "My account"  to turn off auto-renewal for your subscription.
