Messages - Chat & connect easily

It's really old but still going strong, doesn't need internet to work. Notifications are quick and precise. People still use it a lot. Sending images is the only tricky part. If they fix this, it would give WhatsApp and MSN a run for their money.

I've been using this app for some time. Recently, annoying ads started appearing that I can't exit out of. I have to turn off my phone just to get rid of them. It's pushing me to watch ads that I'm not even interested in. I'm deleting this app immediately. So frustrating!

I downloaded this app because the Google messages one on my Google Pixel 8 pro was blocking texts from some friends. This app is better as I can receive all messages, not just some. It has ads, but they are not too bothersome - probably how they cover costs.

It's been terrible. An ad appears whenever I open the app. The text messages are all jumbled up, so it's hard to find the latest one. I can't use gifs or emojis on this app. Sometimes, the app puts my conversations in the Archive folder without my permission. Apart from these problems (which I never had with my old, cheaper Android phone), everything else is great.

I don't like this app. I had to switch apps because my old messaging app would shut down whenever I tried to type. Every time I open this one, there's an ad for "ad blocker." It's all ads. I prefer my original app - no ads, no issues. I'm removing this one.

My phone got hacked by an identity thief, so I turned to this app. It really helped me out in a tight spot. The app gave me useful tips and reminders to set certain things as default. The hacker was using apps like GoTo, which made my life miserable. Another tip is to choose Google Phone that syncs with your Google contacts. It'll prompt you to select the contacts you want. It was chaotic when the hacker placed all my contacts under my name, making it hard for me to locate anyone. I had to block Yahoo from my number.

Sending a quick text message is so difficult because of all the annoying ads. This app doesn't help save time at all. Messages are all over the place, making it hard to find what you need quickly. Dealing with messages on this app is really increasing my stress levels! ☹️

I used to love this messaging app so much and gave it a five-star rating. However, now I find it difficult to navigate and can't delete conversations, only archive them. Also, I'm having trouble receiving verification codes from My Microsoft Account to access my programs. Adding to my frustrations, I have to stay isolated and cannot go out because of COVID. Ugh!
