Metrash2 provides Qatar residents with a convenient mobile platform to access Ministry of Interior (MOI) services. Users can utilize features such as checking official documents, applying for and paying individual or company exit permits, inquiring about and settling traffic fines, and more through a user-friendly interface.

Through the Metrash2 app, you can get more than 150 services. A wide variety of services is available on your mobile phone such as traffic violation settlements, visitor visas for personal and corporate sponsorships, resident permit (RP), exit permit (EP) services, electronic gate (e-Gate), and general-purpose queries. The e-application for family visit visas for residents is also added to this app.

The app also allows you to upload all your documents at once and track the status of your applications. Once your application is approved, you can pay the fees online. If you didn't attach all of the required documents or if they don't match what you entered in your application, you will be notified and asked to correct this information.

To register, you must have a valid Smart ID and your cell phone number registered under your name. This app is available in six languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Urdu, and Malayalam. It is user-friendly, simple in design, and provides all the necessary features. However, it lacks a more appealing graphic design and requires the latest mobile OS versions to even work properly.
