The digital gateway to the services of the Unified Health System (SUS) has a fresh look! The former "Conecte SUS" is now Meu SUS Digital. This app allows citizens to track their medical history and access various solutions so they can take control of their health right in the palm of their hand. It is a continuous commitment from the Federal Government and the Ministry of Health to enhance user experience and strengthen SUS!

- Access your interactions at healthcare points and view histories of tests, vaccines, medications, and more;

- Issue documents and certificates, such as authorization for sanitary pad withdrawal, Vaccination Certificate, International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP);

- Enable or disable participation in the Farmácia Popular program;

- Monitor your position in the National Transplant System queue;

- Find healthcare services near you, like Oral Health and treatment for Rare Diseases;

- Manage your personal health through My Health Diary;

- Stay informed with safe and reliable health and well-being news.

Health records in Meu SUS Digital are the responsibility of state and municipal health authorities. Data is collected and sent to the Ministry of Health's database, integrated into the National Health Data Network (RNDS), and automatically made available in the app.
