    If you are postpaid:

- Subscribe to Ultra k  or Dominio k plans with or without a cell phone. Take advantage and try it out! We offer you the best brands and models

- Activate Internet Packages

- Create and manage your community

- View the data, minutes and SMS usage of your kölbi postpaid plan , k domain or Internet package

- Activate kölbi postpaid Roaming

- Sign up to receive your digital invoice

- Checking the PUK when your PIN is blocked

    If you are prepaid:

- Recharge

1. What is the maximum daily recharge limit if I do not have a kölbi key?

If you do not have a kölbi code, you can recharge a maximum amount of ¢5,000 daily.

2. How do I register in the kölbi app?

If you have a mobile or home service in your name, you can register very easily using your Facebook or Google profile, or you can create your own user account. 

And if you want to buy or pay for your services within the app, you need to enter a VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card. It is 100% secure and this way you can access all the facilities it offers you.

3. What do I do when I download the kölbi app?

4. Can I recharge numbers that are not in my name or that belong to another operator from the kölbi app?

5. Can I pay in the app for billing for phone numbers that are not in my name?

Of course you can, just keep it saved as a favorite in your kölbi app.
