Mi Pepephone - Usage tracking & account management

Not only should prices improve over time, but our App should too. Here are some of the features we've been working on that are now available for you:

- Check your call history, SMS sent, or data usage. You can filter your consumption based on national use, within the EU, or outside the EU, and set up consumption alerts. Remember, there’s a Widget that allows you to see your daily usage without opening the App.

- Access your invoices and download them as PDFs if needed.

- Update your account information and customize your lines by assigning an alias to each one.

- Switch to a different rate plan that better suits your needs.

- Add extra lines or subscribe to services like Netflix and/or Prime.

- Change the address for your Fiber service without needing to contact us.

- Purchase additional data bonuses or other services like our fiber or 100% green energy.

- Activate or deactivate roaming services.

- Lock your SIM in case of loss or theft.

Two new opportunities to fall in love

Valentine's Day is approaching, and stores begin to fill up with heart-shaped cookies, scented candles, and cards with messages that help us tell those we love how important they are to us. Our most romantic side comes out with our partners, best friends, family, and all those people who are essential in our lives.

The small print in large:

At Pepephone , we like relationships based on trust, but without commitment . We only want you to stay with us if you're happy with the service.  

As with all our other plans, gigabytes are cumulative . If you don't use them during that month with your Valentine's Day WhatsApp , they'll roll over to the next month.

With both plans,  calls to national mobile and landline numbers are unlimited , so you can talk for long hours with your loved ones without worries. Premium rate numbers are excluded . Make all the calls you want, but we won't bother you with sales calls or selling you things you didn't ask for. Spend your time on what's truly important, and if you need us, you know where to find us.

SMS are not included in either plan and cost 10.89 cents per message (VAT included) to domestic mobile phones.
