Mi Sanitas - Health info & appointments

The Mi Sanitas app takes care of our customers by offering them a more independent way to manage all aspects related to their health autonomously, at any time and from anywhere quickly, easily, and simply.

The tasks that our customers can perform through Mi Sanitas are:

Requesting appointments with their doctor, rescheduling, and canceling them.

Checking their medical directory to search for doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities as well as dental clinics.

Consulting medical centers with nearest emergency services.

Reviewing medical reports and pharmacy prescriptions.

Requesting reimbursements and authorizations.

Viewing receipts and copayments.

Updating personal information.

Accessing the digital card.

Granting permissions to other policy beneficiaries to perform tasks on their behalf.

We also incorporate, depending on the contracted product, innovation in digital medicine services such as Health Monitoring, Mindfulness, Vital Signs Measurement, Symptom Evaluator, Digital Consultation (video call and phone call consultation), ...

To use Mi Sanitas correctly, we request the following permissions:

Calendar: to save appointments in the schedule.

Location: to show the nearest doctors and centers.

Photos/multimedia/files: so you can upload documents in different sections of Mi Sanitas.

Camera: so you can take a picture of documents and attach them from your device.

Microphone: so you can conduct video calls.

And other required data that allows you to enjoy the correct use of Mi Sanitas.

How to change the Mi Sanitas App language

You can decide whether to use Mi Sanitas in English or Spanish, it is a very simple to switch to your preference language by following the steps below:

- Go to the menu bar.

- Click on “MÁS” (more)

- Select “GESTIONES” (manage)

- Choose “PERFIL Y CONTACTO” (profile and contact)

- Click on “IDIOMA” (language)

- Change the language from “CASTELLANO” to “INGLES” (Spanish to English) or vice versa.

How do I look for doctors and hospitals?

You will find all the information related to doctors / dentists / specialists & hospitals, in your medical directory portal within your MiSanitas members area.

Within the portal, you can search by province, town and the type of service required.

You can also download (in PDF format) the medical directory of any province.

Check on an interactive map for the location of Sanitas medical centres and professionals, with information on the nearest bus, metro and pharmacies.

Search for the nearest medical centers to your home or work using the proximity filter.

Online appointments are made easy with a few clicks.
