Schedule your visit to Tigo Stores from the Tigo Web

We inform you that you can now schedule your visit to our Tigo offices, keep in mind that:

    Your cell phone's GPS must be on.

    The system will automatically display the list of Tigo offices that are closest to you.

    You can schedule only one appointment per day for each transaction.

7. Then review your appointment details, date, time, and then confirm your request.

8. Done! Your appointment confirmation will appear on screen, and you will also receive an SMS or email notifying you of your scheduled appointment.

If you do not remember the date you scheduled your appointment, go to the Search for scheduled appointment option, you can check it by following these steps:
