What is MIWOM?

It is WOM's digital platform, available for customers to access and find information about their mobile phone and/or Mobile Broadband service.

If you are a customer with a PLAN, you can access various information from your MIWOM session:

Track your purchase: Check the status of a device or line/chip purchase.

Pay your Account: Selecting payment will take you to pay the debt associated with your RUT.

My Bills: You can review associated bills.

Store: You can view promotions, purchase bags, and purchase additional services charged to your bill.

My other lines: You can view the activity of other lines associated with your RUT.

Update plan: Upgrade your current plan.

Contact us: Access the option to open a Support or Sales Chat via WhatsApp, complete a Claim Form, and cancel a WOM product.

History: You can review and download details of calls, top-ups, and purchased bags.

Contracts: Review associated contracts.

Settings: Allows you to activate or deactivate 300, 600, 700, and 800 services, as well as international calls.

Technical Support: You can check the status of a device currently in service and learn some tips for technical issues.

History: You can review and download details of calls, top-ups, and purchased Bags.

Settings: Allows you to activate or deactivate 300, 600, 700, and 800 services, as well as international calls.

Technical Service: You can check the status of a device that is in technical service.

You can access the MIWOM platform from your phone's browser or from a computer.

Upon entering, you will be asked to enter your phone number, and you will have to click Request code via SMS.

How to make a call from your WOM line while you are outside of Colombia?

Keep in mind that you can dial the (+) sign by holding down the 0 key for 2 seconds.

To call a landline in Colombia, dial the (+) sign 57 60 (region code) and the landline number, for example: +57 601 307 8050.

To call a mobile phone in Colombia, dial the (+) sign 57 and the mobile number, and to call any mobile phone abroad, dial the (+) sign, the country code, and the mobile number, for example: +57 302 500 1000.

For local calls within the country you are visiting or to another country, dial the (+) sign, the country code, then the area code and the number to call. For example, to call the United States in the city of Seattle, dial +1 206 and the number.
