If you are a Yoigo customer, this is the app for you. With it, you can manage everything related to your accounts directly from your mobile device:

- Easy and constant access, the app remembers your details so you won’t have to enter them repeatedly.

- Your usage: track calls, data consumption, text messages sent, and any bonuses you may have contracted—everything that may concern your line.

- Your bills: view your invoices from recent months and download them in PDF format.

- Settings: activate or deactivate mobile services such as roaming and voicemail, or purchase bonuses if needed.

- If you have multiple lines, you can easily manage all of them through the app.

- Also, with the widget, it’s much simpler to keep track of your consumption at any time.

To use the app, you'll need your mobile device and your Mi Yoigo password. If you don’t have a password or can’t remember it, you can retrieve it by accessing the app itself.

What can I do from My Yoigo?

From My Yoigo, you can manage virtually any management related to your Yoigo plans and services, as this feature is designed to streamline all processes and save customers time.

My Yoigo's features include:

Usage: The customer area allows you to check all the usage of the different Yoigo plans you have. From this section, you can review all calls made, text messages sent, the amount of data used, and any plans you have purchased.

Settings: From My Yoigo, you can manage all aspects of your plan. In the settings area, you can activate or deactivate the answering machine, request paper bills, check roaming in different areas and activate or deactivate this option, as well as set spending limits when you are outside of Spain.

Rates: In this section, you can check the status and conditions of all your contracted plans. This way, you'll be able to see the amount you'll pay each month, as well as any extra services or bonuses included in your plan. From here, you can also configure or change any extra services or bonuses included in your plan.

Line Details: In this section, you can view information about all your Yoigo lines, as well as make any necessary changes. You can also check your PIN and PUK details from here.

Bills: In the bills section, you can check the status and details of all your bills and download them in PDF format.

Wi-Fi Router: If you have a fiber optic line, from this section, you can manage your different Wi-Fi networks, as well as their passwords and the devices that can connect to them.

You can access My Yoigo directly through the company's website or by downloading the mobile app. With the Yoigo app, you can perform the same functions as on a computer, and it works on both Android and iOS operating systems.

How to access My Yoigo

To access My Yoigo for the first time, you'll need to enter your phone number on the initial registration screen. The company will then provide you with your My Yoigo access code via text message, and you'll need to use it to log in to the platform within 24 hours.

Once you've accessed the Yoigo customer area, you'll need to change the password initially sent to you for security reasons and enter your own access code.

If you don't remember your My Yoigo password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" section, and the company will send you a new one.

Viewing invoices in My Yoigo

To view your invoice in My Yoigo, go to the "My Invoices" section. There, you'll find your invoices from the past few months and can review each one in more detail.

Another service available in this customer area is obtaining your Yoigo electronic invoice. This means you can request that the company stop sending you a paper bill to your home address each month.

This way, once you sign up for this service, you will receive an email each month where you can view your detailed Yoigo bill and also download it if necessary.
