After registering and logging in, you can add your Mibo product(s) to your account and then control them remotely.

Troubleshooting

I contracted the cloud plan through the store and I didn't receive it or the code wasn't activated?

In this case, we recommend that you check the email box used to purchase the plan to see if you have received the email with the usage code. It is important that you check, in addition to your inbox, spam and trash.

To activate the code:

 1. Open the application

2. Click on the gray cloud

3. Accept the Terms of Service, and click on “Virtual Card”

4. Enter the code provided by email.

IC camera does not appear on Mibo Smart

IC line cameras are not compatible with the Mibo Smart app, so we recommend downloading and installing the Mibo app. For the Android version you can download the APP on our website, you can also request it on our WhatsApp at (48) 21060006, or via the link I sent you in this conversation: https://app-mibo.intelbras.com.br/redirect -mibo.html .

Remembering that the download is safe and must be done through the channels mentioned above. For the iOS system, the application is available on the App Store"

I have an iOS cell phone and I can't access images from my camera using mobile data

This situation occurs when some settings on your device are blocking the use of mobile data for the Mibo Smart app. We can fix this by making some changes to your cell phone settings.

Resolution: within the Settings of your IOS smartphone, follow the steps:

"Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice and Data" and select 4G;

"Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options" and disable "Data saving mode";

"Settings > Mibo Smart> Siri and search" and disable "learn from this app".

If none of the above fixes it, you must uninstall the Mibo Smart app, clearing all browsing data, and install again:

"Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Mibo Smart" and delete the app, then install again.

How many devices can I add to my Mibo Smart account?

The Mibo Smart app supports adding up to 64 devices per account.

Difficulties sharing the camera with another user

We recommend that you follow the procedure below to share cameras:

1 - Access the Mibo Smart application and click on the two dots next to the name of the camera you want to share;

2 - Click on Share device;

3 - Click the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the screen and add the email address of the account you want to share the device with.

If you can't share, check your cell phone's settings to see if the date and time is set to automatic update. NOTE: It is not possible to share cameras with accounts created in other countries.
