The app's visual design needs a refresh. It lacks GPS controls or features. Integration with navigation apps would enhance usability. The music player feels very basic and could use some upgrades. Adding date reminders that sync with the watch would be a great touch too. The hardware and build quality shine, but the software and app experience fall short.

This app is a complete disaster. The synchronization with the watch hardly ever works, almost like it's a rare event. Trying to access any data feels like a chore since manual refreshing becomes a necessity. It often refuses to load everything at once, making users hit that refresh button repeatedly. Even after all that effort, some information just seems to vanish entirely. Getting it to track activity only happens rarely, as if it requires a perfect mix of conditions. Steer clear of this one.

Photos taken by your camera are the only ones showing up for the watch face background. Other images won't appear in the app at all. If someone can find a way to fix this, that would earn them a 5-star rating from me!

This game is amazing! Totally addictive! I would give it endless stars if I could! Huge thanks for creating it! Once I started playing, I couldn’t put it down! :D I highly recommend this app!

Here are some suggestions for improvement. First, allow users to turn off heart rate monitoring during sleep or while the watch charges. This gives more control. Second, include more watch faces, especially analogue designs. Variety enhances user experience. Third, extend the "always on" screen time limit beyond 20 minutes. An option for all-day display would be great. Updating the app and software with these features could boost sales and success for this model.

My experience has been terrible and really frustrating. The app never shows a way to scan the QR code on the watch. Instead, it shows a screen asking for an email and some kind of code, but it's all in Indonesian. My phone is in New Zealand, and everything is set to English. The app feels completely unusable, which makes the watch impossible to use. If I could, I would give a negative score right now. I’ll update this review if things get sorted out.

This app is incredibly frustrating! I tried to change my watch face, and then it showed an error message about the network connection. My network works perfectly fine. I switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data. I restarted my watch and phone multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changed. Now I can't log into my account at all. The same annoying network error pops up. It’s so exasperating!

It gets the job done well. Creating your own watch faces with personal pictures is a fun feature. It would be great to add options for battery percentage and month on those custom faces.

I've had a great time using the Mibro GS Active smartwatch. It's been a solid companion for my running. But I was really hoping to connect my sports activities to Strava. As a runner, being part of that community matters so much. Not having that option feels like a big letdown. It would mean a lot to see an update that allows sharing activities on Strava. I'm eagerly waiting for that feature!

There’s been a lot of improvement. The frequent updates show a lot of attention and care for the app. That’s fantastic. I hope it evolves into an all-in-one kind of product. However, the app does lag quite a bit. It feels like the coding needs some fine-tuning. It doesn’t run in the background as smoothly as it should. Also, adding compatibility with Google Fit would be a game-changer. It would make every watch feel so much more valuable.
