I found it simple to move around the app. I could easily see my rewards at checkout and use them. The app showed me where items were located, and any questions I had were answered there too. The only issue I noticed was that sometimes a product would say it was Sold Out or there were only 2 left, but that wasn't the case when I checked. So, you shouldn't always trust that information. It's probably due to how they manage their stock. Anyway, I really like this app! It's awesome!

This app seems simple to use and move around, but it's very slow and unresponsive. The keyboard sometimes has issues, which makes typing and searching hard. Sometimes it suddenly stops working or crashes, and that makes me want to uninstall it completely. When I tried it for the first time, I thought it was a fake version of the Michaels app. It really needs to be updated, if you ask me.

When I open the app, it sometimes slows down because there are a lot of animations for sales on the home page. The delay in loading from one page to another can be frustrating. However, considering it's a shopping app with weekly sales ads, it must be challenging to maintain. That's why I rated it 5 stars... It does what it needs to do.

Oh, the old interface was great because you could see your rewards barcode and coupon together on one screen. But now they're separate, which makes it slower at the register to switch between them. You shouldn't have to take screenshots beforehand. It would be better if rewards and coupons were back together as one, even cashiers don't like the update!

I really like this app. However, sometimes it crashes or doesn't respond on both the app and website. I have looked at my internet connection and speed on both my laptop and phone, and everything seems fine. Please fix this issue! Oh, thank you! You guys are amazing! I adore the coupon feature in the app! It easily attaches to my Google Pay, making the checkout process much faster in-store. I appreciate how prompt you all are, and I prefer Michaels over Hobby Lobby any time.
