Microsoft Planner requires an eligible Office 365 work or school subscription. This app does not support Office 365 personal accounts like name@outlook.com or name@hotmail.com. If you are unsure about your company's subscription or the services available to you, please contact your IT department.
Planner offers a straightforward, visual method for team organization. It simplifies the process for teams to create new plans, allocate and organize tasks, share files, discuss ongoing work via chat, and track progress updates.
Visual Work Organization
Each plan possesses its board where tasks are sorted into different buckets according to status or assignee. Modifying task status or assignments is as easy as dragging and dropping them between columns.
Enhanced Visibility
The My Tasks view presents a detailed list of all your tasks and their statuses across various plans. Team members collaborating on a plan are always aware of who is handling which tasks.
Seamless Collaboration
Designed for Office 365, Planner enables collaborative task completion, attachment of photos directly to tasks, and conversations regarding tasks without needing to switch between applications. With Planner, all team discussions and deliverables remain connected to the plan and aren't scattered across multiple apps.
Multi-Device Compatibility
Planner functions smoothly across all your devices, ensuring everyone stays synchronized. Carry on conversations and update tasks whether you're on-the-go or at your desk.
