Our commitment goes beyond convenience. With Mifarma, part of the Mifarma Delivery service, your orders arrive at your doorstep, giving you the convenience you need in your day-to-day life. We accept payment methods in cash and with various types of cards, adapting to your preferences.
From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., you can receive your orders at the time that best suits you. Simply call (01) 612 5000 and select option 3 to place your orders with ease.

1. How can I finalize my order?
Once everything is in your shopping cart, select the green “Next” button, this button is located at the bottom of the screen:
Complete the “Shipping Information” screen and click on the green button that indicates the price.
Fill in the payment information and click on the green button that indicates the price.
Review the summary of your order on the “Your Order” screen. If everything is correct, click on the CONFIRM button located at the bottom of the screen.
2, How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Online payment: Visa debit/credit. MasterCard debit/credit. American Express debit/credit. Oh! Visa/Mastercard card POS payment: Visa debit/credit. 3. How can I check the status of my order?
It's easy, at the top of the application's home screen a banner will appear indicating the status of your order placed by the Mifarma Delivery App/Website.
4. What do the messages that appear in the status mean?
In store: The order has been received in the application.
Dispatched: The order has been assigned to a delivery driver.
On the way: The delivery driver carrying the order is on the way to the delivery address.
Arrived: The delivery driver arrived at the delivery point.
Delivered: The order was received by the customer.
