Too many times I order a product, then after paying, they call and say the product is not in stock. They will bring them rest. That's great.. But If I knew they didn't have the products, I would not have ordered.. cos it's gonna cost me more now to order from getir and pay delivery fees there too.

Extremely poor quality customer service. I made an order through the app and some food products were delivered spoiled. I contacted their customer service number numerous times. It has been weeks and they've made no attempts to return my money. I'm very disappointed so I uninstalled the app and will not be shopping here again.

I cannot use it, it constantly turns left and right.
