- A referral program where Oi Fibra customers refer friends and earn R$50.00 to redeem for prizes – exclusively at the Oi Fibra Recompensa online store – for each contact they refer who installs Oi Fibra.

2. Is Oi Fibra Recompensa free?

- Yes. There is no charge to participate in the program.

3. How does Oi Fibra Recompensa work?

- After installing Oi Fibra, the customer will receive a link to register for the Oi Fibra Recompensa program. At the end of the registration, a specific link will be generated to share with friends. The customer earns R$50.00 to redeem for prizes – exclusively at the Oi Fibra Recompensa online store – for each friend who installs Oi Fibra.

4. Who can participate?

- Oi Fibra customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration in the program, resident and domiciled in Brazil and have a valid CPF with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.

5. How do the awards work?

- For each friend referral that results in a confirmed Oi Fibra installation, the customer will receive R$50.00 to redeem prizes at the Oi Fibra Recompensa store. Please note that a referral is considered confirmed when the referred friend becomes an Oi customer with the Oi Fibra installation, provided that the registration is done exclusively through the link sent by the referring customer.

6. Where can I see my Oi Fibra Recompensa score?

- The customer will receive an email when they earn points, and may choose to save them for future redemption. The points will be released within 60 days after the referred contact's installation of the Fiber. The customer has up to six months to redeem the points.
