    I started playing this game in August when it came out. I haven't found any epic spirit yet, but I hope to get one soon. This game is great! Initially, I was all about collecting points, but now I'm investing a lot of money in it. Haha! Thanks to the game developers. I've also made many new friends through the game. I want to thank them for the epic spirits I obtained from common items and combos on New Year's Eve.

    Playing Experience in this game is great for its graphics and events. However, the issue I have with it is the updates. Whenever there are new events, it requires a significant amount of data to download the update. It feels like downloading the entire game again, taking up around 4GB each time. I believe this should be improved for a better player experience. Updates should focus on adding new events and resources rather than re-downloading the entire game. Thank you.

    I always have issues with the MIR4 Security Alert whenever there's an update. I've tried everything like uninstalling and reinstalling the game, turning off third-party apps and developer options, and even avoiding game boosters. It's frustrating that this keeps happening and I'm wasting my mobile data on this. I've been playing for over a week now, so it would be great if this could be resolved.

    The graphics are nice in the game, but it's lacking strategy in the late stage because there are no specialized roles like a tank, healer, or ranged character. It's also difficult to gather materials for crafting; I spent 5 hours farming and still couldn't get what I needed. Overall, the game is straightforward with decent graphics and an average storyline.

This is frustrating because the auto features spoil the fun of experiencing the story and gameplay. It ruins the game's potential and makes it less interesting.

    Playing this game for almost 2 years, everything was good. But suddenly, I couldn't open the app on my Android phone after the recent maintenance. Tried all the fixes, uninstalled and reinstalled it, which worked at first, but the problem reappeared every time I logged out. Not sure if it's a bug or glitch, please investigate.

I wanted to speak to someone directly about this problem. Also, there are too many bots making the server very laggy. Why add bots when there are already so many players? Please address these issues.

    I love this game a lot and bought many items. But then I encountered a bug with Samarti's Mission Scroll. I reported it on October 2, 2021, and followed up on October 8, but I still haven't received any response or updates. It's making me lose faith in the game. As a paying customer, not getting what you paid for or any assistance is disheartening. Sadly, I have to give up on it.
