* What is Miracast?
Miracast is a technology that allows you to wirelessly mirror your Android device's screen onto a Smart TV screen, provided that the TV supports Wireless Display/Miracast.
* How to use Miracast?
1.Go to the settings on your Android device and tap on "Wireless Display" to access the setup page.
2.Toggle “Wireless display” to ON at the top of the page, allowing it to scan for nearby Miracast devices.
3.Once your Miracast adapter is detected, tap on its name to establish a connection.
4.If required, enter the PIN code displayed on your TV or projector by the Miracast adapter to complete the connection.
5.Your device's screen will then be mirrored onto the display once the connection is established.
* How to set up a Smart TV for Miracast?
1.Check if your Smart TV has a built-in Miracast app by pressing the Menu button on your remote and navigating to the Apps section.
2.Look for apps such as "Miracast," "Screen Casting," or "Wi-Fi Casting" within the available applications.
3.Alternatively, Miracast may be categorized as an input source rather than an app. In this case, select the Input or Source option on your TV menu and search for options like "Miracast," "Wi-Fi Casting," or "Screen Casting."
* How to set up a Miracast dongle?
1.Insert the Miracast dongle or adapter into an available HDMI input port on your TV, projector, or monitor.
2.Connect the small USB cable from the side of the device to either your TV's USB port or a power outlet; this cable provides power to the adapter.
3.Power on your TV display and switch to the appropriate input source associated with the Miracast adapter to initiate the connection process.
USING GUIDE
Miracast Wifi Display is a useful feature that lets you send content from your Android device to any other screen that has a content receiver, such as Chromecast. Thus, thanks to Miracast Wifi Display, you can stream your Android screen by sending its image directly to a browser, a device connected to Chromecast, or even a VLC player.
Using Miracast Wifi Display is really simple, and the app itself offers a brief but complete tutorial on its main tab: to use it, just make sure that your smartphone and TV are connected to the same WiFi network. After enabling the streaming content receiver on your other device (for example, connecting Chromecast to a projector or TV), tap 'Cast' so the app can find the available streaming devices. Once you've selected one, any video you play on your smartphone will also appear on the TV.
In the settings, you can make various modifications to adjust the video's quality. You can pause streaming whenever you want with a simple shortcut found in the notification bar. By tapping it again, you can also resume streaming without a problem. Like this, your smartphone acts as a remote control.
Miracast Wifi Display is an app for sending images from one screen to another that's especially useful when you want to play content from your smartphone on another screen.
