My Tele2 is an application designed for customers of Tele2, allowing you to easily monitor your data usage, view your invoices, and access information regarding your subscription and hardware.
With My Tele2, you can:

Have you received a new subscription?

Where can I find my invoice?
On My Tele2 under Invoices you can see unpaid and previously paid invoices. Here you will find OCR numbers and other information needed to pay the current invoice.
Why isn't my TiVo box working?
On December 2, 2020, we stopped selling the TiVo digital box, instead we have completely switched to offering our new boxes Tv Hub or Tv Hub Mini .
As of April 18, 2024, the TiVo box will stop working and if you still have the TiVo box, it will need to be replaced. To order a box replacement, you can log in to My Tele2 .
Can I pay by e-invoice, direct debit or Swish?
Yes, it is perfectly possible to pay via e-invoice or direct debit. This will save you SEK 708/year in invoicing fees.
E-invoice:
- Order via your internet bank, then search for Tele2 as the recipient.
- You can also order e-invoice via My Tele2
Direct debit:
- Order direct debit online and sign with BankID.
- Order via your internet bank, then search for Tele2 as the recipient.
Swish:
- If you want to pay your invoice directly with Swish, log in to My Tele2 or via the My Tele2 app, which you can download via the Google Play Store or App Store .
How do I change, upgrade or downgrade a service?
Upgrading or downgrading differs depending on which service you have. Read more on the Switch or change subscription page .
If you want to downgrade your service, contact customer service on telephone number 90 222 and we will help you.
What warranties apply to mobile phones and accessories?
If you buy a mobile phone, tablet or accessory from us, you have a warranty on your hardware. You can read more about mobile phone warranties here .
Can I get help installing my new equipment?
All equipment from Tele2 comes with installation instructions in the packaging. If you have lost this, you can download the manual for your TV or broadband equipment .
You can also get personal installation help in our installation guide .
If you would like help installing your equipment at home, you can book the Tele2 Heminstallation service . We collaborate with the company Hemfixarna.
My TV package includes Viaplay, do I need to do anything?
If Viaplay is included in your TV package from Tele2, you first need to register/activate Viaplay and enter Tele2 (TV subscription) as your provider. Then you need to download the Viaplay app and log in with the same account. You can find a description of how to do this in the Getting Started with Viaplay guide .
Open Viaplay content from Tele2 Play
Once you have logged in to Tele2 Play, "Highlights from Viaplay" will appear on the home screen.
To play Viaplay content from Tele2 Play, you will first need to activate Viaplay and possibly download the Viaplay app. Once this is done, you will be linked to Viaplay and the content will play.
How do I change my mobile operator to Tele2?
If you want to move a phone number from another operator to Tele2, a number transfer, also called porting, is performed. This means that your number is moved to us and at the same time the subscription with your current operator is automatically terminated.
What is the difference between subscriptions with unlimited mobile data?
Our unlimited mobile subscriptions are perfect for those who want to avoid worrying about running out of data.
