Mitt Telenor provides you with a comprehensive view of all your subscriptions and services with Telenor! Maintain control over your usage and expenses, check your invoice, or add additional data to your plan—accessible both in Norway and internationally.

Stay informed about new subscriptions and offerings to ensure you have what meets the needs of you and your family. You can conveniently adjust broadband speeds, modify channels and content in T-We, or alter your mobile subscription. Enhance your plan by adding more services or request valuable security features such as SAFE. With SAFE in Mitt Telenor, you can enable the SAFE WiFi VPN service when accessing unsecured networks.

Important Information:

To fully benefit from Mitt Telenor, you need to be a Telenor customer. New customers may find some features are not accessible during their first month.

FAQs

Why can't I log in with my phone number?

It is no longer possible to log in with Telenor ID using your phone number. You can only log in using your email address. If you already have a Telenor ID, your email address should already be registered.

I no longer have access to my email address

If you no longer have access to your email address, contact customer service. If you are the owner of the subscription (payer), you can always log in with BankID.

I have forgotten my password

Click on "Log in with Telenor ID" and then on "Change password". If you are the owner of the subscription (payer), you can always log in with BankID.

What is Telenor ID?

By logging in with Telenor ID, you can access information about your subscription. You log in securely with your email and a one-time code. Perfect for those who do not own the subscription.

How do I know if I can log in with BankID?

The person who has signed up for the subscription and is therefore responsible for payment can log in with BankID. That is, the same person who receives the invoices. If it is you, you can use BankID, if it is not you, you use Telenor ID to log in to My Telenor.

I have broadband/TV with you and cannot access the My Telenor app, why?

In the app, you can only see mobile subscriptions, so that is why you who have broadband and TV from us cannot access them. Log in to My Telenor here on the web instead, where you will find everything about your subscriptions!

Why can't I log in with BankID?

Only the person who has signed up for the subscription can log in with BankID. This is because BankID uses personal identification numbers for identification, and we do not need personal identification numbers for family members or extra SIM cards.

Fortunately, we have our own login solution, Telenor ID, which works for those of you who use our mobile subscriptions but have not subscribed to the subscription. When you create a Telenor ID, you enter your email address, and then use one-time codes that are sent to you via email.
