Buttons still work, sounds play, but the visual stands frozen. Another player expressed frustration over persistent bugs even in v8.3.3. Ground-rule doubles somehow count as homers. Freezes plague gameplay. Everyone finds it embarrassing. One more player struggled for two days to unlock the "15 homers in a derby round" achievement. They hit 16 homers, but no reward came through. The level of annoyance grows.

I’ve now dropped my rating of this app to two stars. At first, it had four stars from me. The gameplay has an issue where it won’t load past a certain point. Last time this happened, I tried everything and still couldn’t get it to work. I had to uninstall and reinstall, which cost me all my game data. This really needs fixing. The game is fun, but I wouldn’t suggest downloading it. You’ll just end up feeling let down.

The app has some annoying bugs. Graphics stutter in certain scenes. Another problem pops up when trying to add new players. When I enter play mode with a new player, the transition screen gets stuck, leaving me with just a dark or black screen. No way to back out or close the app. It forces me to reboot my phone every time.

This game drives me crazy! It's full of unfair tricks! I don’t recommend it at all. You get some solid players and hit about 10 home runs, then everything changes. Pitches start to mess with you; they paint the edges or drop unexpectedly. Suddenly, pop flies fall short and hit the fence instead of soaring into the crowd for a home run. This is supposed to be a home run derby, not a pitching duel! During tournaments, things get worse. My player struggles while the competition surges ahead, racking up home runs. Sometimes, the batter swings too early or even before I’ve released the screen. Line drives curve out right before the foul pole. Targets become impossible to hit. Simply put, this game is beyond frustrating! It got so bad that I had to uninstall it just to keep my sanity.

The graphics are amazing! When you start playing, hitting homeruns feels really tough. Just stick with it and practice a bit. Before long, you'll get the swing of things. By my fifth attempt in the homerun derby, I scored first place! Overall, this game is fantastic!

This game brings a lot of excitement, but some problems need fixing. First off, Tropicana Field should go from the multi-player options. It really cuts down on homeruns. Then there's the issue with multi-player match ups. They feel unbalanced and rarely fair. Plus, it's frustrating to lose to bots. I can hit 90 homers in arcade mode, and even knock out 40 if I bat first in derby mode. But in multi-player, the pitches are almost impossible to hit. The way the ball reacts after contact doesn't always make sense.

This game is pretty decent. It's a nice way to pass the time and hitting the ball over 700 feet feels great, even without any special boost. Unlocking stadiums with in-game currency would make it even better. Same goes for upgrading equipment or players. I noticed that pitch location and speed change depending on the stadium, which adds some challenge. It can be frustrating not having a clear indication of what pitch is coming. If those areas get adjusted, I might consider spending more money on it. Missing six pitches in a row gets old, especially when they react differently than in the last stadium.

That game is a blast! Playing with past home run derby stars adds so much excitement. Imagine unlocking new baseball parks instead of just buying them. That would be amazing!
