1. How can I delete my account?

Tap the "cog icon" in the top left corner, then select "Account". To delete your account, tap on "Delete account". Alternatively, you can send us your deletion request directly through the app. To do so, tap on the "cog icon" in the top left corner and tap on "Help". Tap on "Contact" in the top right corner and send us your deletion request.

2. My cards have all suddenly disappeared. What should I do?

If you have already registered a mobile-pocket account, please try to log into the app with your credentials.

You can register a mobile-pocket account with your e-mail address or by using the log-in with your Facebook, Google or Apple account.

If you do not remember which account-type you used, please send us 3 or 4 barcode numbers and name of cards you have saved in your account either through the in-app support chat (you can find this under "settings" and "help") or via e-mail to help@mobile-pocket.com. We will search for your cards and help you to set up an account or tell you which account-type you registered with.

    I can't update or add cards on the app. It keeps saying there's no internet connection, even though I've tried both wifi and mobile data. If this keeps up, I'll have to find a new card app.

    I reevaluated this app today. When I first rated and commented on it, the developer made some changes to the system, and now everything is working well! However, there are still some problems with the application. I can't log in with my Google account, and on my old phone, it doesn't log off, so I can't sync up my cards.

    Having the app ask if you like it when you open it is a silly idea. I open the app to use the cards, not to answer pointless questions. It would be better to ask for feedback when exiting the app. That would be more convenient.

    I had no signal; my cards were unavailable. I visited two stores today and couldn't access my cards because I lost mobile data. It was frustrating. I wish they could be saved on the device instead of syncing from the cloud every time. I will try again later and update you. I might need to reinstall Stocard. Thanks a lot.
