What's the Limitation on Free Trial Version?

Phone Transfer

You're able to detect both phones to check the device connection in the free trial version. To transfer phone data to another phone, you have to buy a license and use the paid version.

WhatsApp Transfer

For WhatsApp Transfer, it's available to back up smartphones' social app data in the free trial version. It will prompt Buy window if you start to restore the chats to a phone, or use the function of WhatsApp Transfer from phone to phone.

Backup

The Backup feature on MobileTrans is free even if you do not buy a license. You'll enjoy the backup function once you try it.

Restore

On the product Restore free trial version, you'll see the files quantity for every file category in the MobileTrans/iTunes backup files. If you'd like to restore data to other phones, buy a license and register it to restore.

How to Fix It When MobileTrans Fails to Load All Data from My Source Phone?

Generally, MobileTrans will load all current phone data from the source phone. For videos on iOS devices, our software will detect the video files in the Videos App. It won't load the videos made by camera on iOS devices.

    Oh no, the app I downloaded to transfer my SMS from Android to iPhone turned out to be a total dud. I paid for it and everything, but it didn't work at all. It had me download another app within it, and even after successfully transferring the messages, it just ended up resetting my iPhone without actually doing anything.

    This app is not good. I spent a lot of time and money trying to transfer Whatsapp from iPhone to Android. I watched their videos, followed the steps, and waited hours for 7 GB of files to transfer. The app claimed it was successful, but it wasn't. It ended up being a waste of time and money as it took 6-7 hours with no results. I don't recommend using this app.

    There are fake reviews for this app. It's not helpful because it only worked once for a short time, and then couldn't connect again. I tried restarting everything. It's ridiculous that you have to pay with Motorola while other companies let you transfer for free.

    Someone tricked me into buying a plan for INR 490 to transfer data from iCloud to Android, but it didn't work. Now they are asking me to subscribe again. How can I find the wondershare ID? If I already paid for a year of membership, why do I have to pay again for the transfer? I want a refund because the service is deceptive and the data isn't transferring.

    The transfer went smoothly! I transferred WhatsApp messages, photos, and audio from a Samsung A8+ to an iPhone 13 using a USB C to lightning cable. It finished in just ten minutes :) I'm really grateful for this app! Although, I did have to pay RM86 because the only choice available was a yearly subscription. I hope they offer a more affordable one-time transfer option because paying for a yearly subscription seems too costly and not needed :(

    Experience was good. Speed was fine for the number of files I needed to transfer. Some videos didn't convert, but still got a decent amount transferred. Will probably use it again for next transfers.

    I'm really frustrated with this product. It doesn't let me log in even though I've paid for it, it doesn't connect to WhatsApp like it's supposed to, and it won't transfer anything. Their support site is terrible too. It's so hard to cancel my payments. Even though I have the latest software and I'm signed in, it still says I haven't purchased the product.

    I was trying to move my WhatsApp data from my Android to my iPhone. I downloaded Mobiletrans and paid for it. I followed all the steps but nothing showed up on my iPhone. And now their customer service is not helpful at all. I hope MobileTrans can either fix this issue or give me a refund.

    Tried to transfer music files but didn't work. Only found music files in File Transfer - Remote Transmission mode, however couldn't choose a device to connect to for transfer.
