An exciting update! The Mobvoi app has been syncing step, calorie, and heart rate data correctly with my Ticwatch E2 for the past 24 hours. Also, the profile section can now be updated successfully. However, syncing with Google Fit is somewhat working sporadically. Surprisingly, the Mobvoi app still shows that I haven't added my watch, even though it is listed there. There are definitely some bugs that need to be worked on. This app is a mess! There are so many issues with it and my Ticwatch E2. Firstly, it keeps saying my watch isn't connected when it actually is. Secondly, sometimes old step and calorie data appear, while other times "No Data" is shown. Additionally, the heart rate always displays "No Data." Even worse, it refuses to sync with Google Fit. When I try to change my nickname, it gives me an error message saying "Failed." Lastly, when checking for a firmware update, it claims "You haven't added a device yet," despite my Ticwatch E2 being clearly visible.

The app is really great when used with my Ticwatch Pro 4G, but I have a question and a suggestion. Could someone from the Mobvoi app development team please confirm what information Tichealth sends to Google Fit after authorization? It appears that sleep, exercise, and heart rate data are transferred to Google Fit, but is any other data shared as well? Are steps included in the synchronization? As for my suggestion, would it be feasible to incorporate compatibility with Samsung Health like how it works with Google Fit?

So, I really just wanted to set up my Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS to track my sleep data that I could check on my Android Pixel 3 XL phone. But for some reason, I couldn't figure out how to do it with the watch and Mobvoi app. I did see something about Ticsleep on both, but no clear instructions. It seems like the software for the watch, Mobvoi, and Wear OS needs some work on how you interact with it. Anyway, I decided to return it through Amazon. Mobvoi got in touch and offered a discount to keep the watch, but even with that, I still couldn't get it to work. So, unfortunately, I ended up sending it back.

Mobvoi's products are not reliable and can be quite troublesome. They release a new product and then quickly move on, leaving users with outdated hardware. The app works just about okay, but the sensors often do not function correctly despite the high price. Retrieving data for longer periods is a hassle, requiring multiple refreshes. Users end up waiting for Google's version as Mobvoi's falls short in quality.

You have a Ticwatch Pro 2020. It has three different apps that you find confusing compared to Apple or Fitbit. You prefer a simple setup where one app tracks your steps, heart rate, and other data easily. After doing a hard reset, you're feeling frustrated because you don't know how to use it anymore. You feel like it's a waste of money.

The watch is not syncing with the app properly. It should display various information like your heart rate, sleep patterns, steps taken, active minutes, and more. Unfortunately, none of this data appears on the app as expected. The app's sole purpose is to import and display these details, but it fails to do so.

I successfully synced the steps with the Mobvoi app by uninstalling the software and restarting the watch. Now, all the information is syncing properly except for the sleep tracking feature. I have worn the watch for 3 consecutive nights but it hasn't tracked my sleep at all. When I tap on Ticsleep on the watch, it just opens the app. So, just to confirm, the Ticwatch GTX only needs to connect to the Mobvoi app, right? I own a Pixel 3A and attempted to connect it to Wear OS, but it doesn't seem to detect the watch.

Oh, I really like my ticwatch E3! It's been great with tracking my heart rate and blood oxygen levels accurately. But, there's one thing that's not so good - the sound meter. It doesn't seem to measure sound levels correctly. It thinks my normal voice or even low volume from my TV is harmful to my hearing. If the 24-hour logging for 'sleep as Android' was more consistent, I would give it two extra stars on the rating. Fit sync works well for me though.

The Ticwatch, it's a really pricey watch. But, you know what? It keeps playing tricks on me. It doesn't sync up properly with the app or my phone. The worst part is, I end up losing all that important data like my steps and heart rate. And get this – those other apps just won't update on the watch until way later, like in the evening when I'm finally home from work. And then, out of nowhere, the watch starts buzzing non-stop with all those notifications from throughout the day. Some of them I've already seen! It's just so frustrating to deal with. I can't figure out why it won't sync up in the mornings before I head out for work or even stay synced properly. I'm using the Ticwatch Pro with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

I got my Ticwatch Pro 3 on June 9, 2021. The Tic app is not very helpful. You have to tap on each section to see anything. I can't even contact support through the app. I wrote a message in the feedback section and tried to submit it, but nothing happened. I only have two apps on my watch, and it's hard to keep it charged for a full day. I charged it all night, but it was almost empty the next morning. I cleaned the connections before charging it. The Google Fit app works much better on this watch.
