Modanisa - Muslim fashion marketplace

The app is great for shopping, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, it's not so good. I tried to cancel an order, and this is what happened: The app showed a WhatsApp number to contact, but when I messaged them, they said to do it in the app. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the order by myself. No help from customer service... I won't be using this app or the Modanisa website again. It feels like they only want me to place my order, but then I'm left on my own...

They got one star. Terrible online shopping experience. Customer service was awful. Ordered item was missing from the order. The bag I received was damaged and looked terrible. The dress belt was poorly sewn and looked awful. I won't buy from them again.

Had great experiences shopping on Modanisa before, but now having trouble searching on the website. It's really slow and keeps showing no search results.

There's a new update that didn't load all the images. It displayed around 35 or 40 images and prompted to click NEXT, but it just kept returning to the same page. As a result, you can't see all the items. Additionally, the app is running very slowly and takes a long time to load.

The problem is finally fixed now as they have sent the entire amount of money again, one month after the issue had started. The online shopping app and customer service of the company were both really poor. When I made my second purchase, the app deducted the money from my account but the order was not completed. Even though the company received the payment, after nearly a month, the issue remained unresolved and my money was not returned to my bank account.
