Food is amazing. App is fantastic. Service is top notch. Employees are incredible.

The first app was great, with neat features like animated posters in the store. But now, the new version doesn't let me open promo codes and has removed the animation viewer. It used to be cool and helpful, but now it's just a rewards tracker and ordering tool that doesn't work properly. Maybe they should have tested it before releasing it to the public. If they fix the app, I'll update my review.

I started using this new app, and it's not as good as the old one. When I tried to add a second item for the first time, it didn't work. The second time, I ended up duplicating the first item and made some changes. But then an error message appeared saying my basket was empty. It feels like this app is just like the Moes location I visited - kind of funny in a way! I gave it another shot, but when I saw an offer for free queso, I selected it and then got another error message saying it couldn't be added to my order items. And again, it ERRORed OUT, causing my order to vanish! I've reached my limit - MOES, you've lost my loyalty!

Your app wasn't working well before. It was hard to order meals because every time I tried to choose a drink, it kept saying there was an error with the flavor selection. I couldn't find where to pick my drink flavor. If it's self-serve, then I should be able to get my drink without any issues. But now, the problem is fixed! My rating has been updated.

I had a really bad experience with this app. When I allowed Google to enter my credit card information, everything went haywire. The cursor started jumping all over the place and the "scan your card" icon kept flashing and spinning. I couldn't place my order, and the only way to make it stop was to leave the app and force it to shut down. Even when I tried scanning my card, the green box just kept circling around it endlessly without actually scanning anything. I had no choice but to enter my credit card details manually.

The app and website haven't been working well lately. People can't get past the point where they have to choose a free chips and salsa option, but the option isn't even there to select. I reached out via email about this issue earlier, but received no response, and it looks like nothing has improved. Moe's could be missing out on many orders without mobile or online ordering for so long.

Oh no, I tried to use this app to order lunch for my family, but it was a nightmare. When I tried to enter my payment details, my phone went crazy and I had to restart it to make it work again. And get this – if you try to do anything off the main screen in the app before placing your order, they just delete your order completely. So frustrating! Because of all these issues, I couldn't place our lunch order from Moes. This app design is the absolute worst, they seriously need to fix it up.

I like using the app to earn points for free food. However, I don't use it to order because it doesn't allow me to customize my order how I like. For example, I always get the same things and would love it to remember my preferences. My parents always want to share a burrito bowl but with individual toppings on each side. My mom loves corn salsa, guacamole, olives, and cilantro, while my dad only wants cucumbers which my mom dislikes. Sadly, the app doesn't offer an option to split the toppings. It also doesn't let me choose half black beans and half pinto beans as I prefer. Besides, I can't specify if I want Romaine lettuce instead of or in addition to iceberg lettuce. When it comes to salsa choices, the app only gives an option for green or red salsa, not allowing me to pick different amounts of specialty salsas.
